Excellent service from the start. Being from South Africa I was pleasantly surprised by how quick everything was sorted with the purchase of my car. Had a small issue with the car afterwards but this was sorted out without any hassle. Even gave me a loan car whilst mine was being sorted out.. Jimmy, Jason and Steve were absolutely brilliant. Very professional and friendly staff. Although they were very busy they were still able to be as attentive as I needed them to be. The cars for sale were clean and tidy and ready to be test driven. I bought a car which needed a new part so this was sorted out quickly. I collected the car a week later & everything was ready for me. I part exchanged my vehicle and all the paperwork was completed quickly so I drove away very happy with a supplied half tank of fuel. The warranty is for 6 months and you deal directly with the garage, which I much prefer.

hi... I bought a car 2 years ago from here and I was very pleased with it. Never had any problems with it and still driving it! People who works here are very nice and helpful, I was treated as a valuable customer all the time. That is why I took my sister here couple days ago to find a nice car for her. Again the sales team was more than happy to help us find the 'perfect' car for her, they answered all our questions and took us for the test drive. Thanks to them she finally found what she was looking for. We were very pleased with how we were dealt with and my sister loves her new car. I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander from them two months ago really professional and helpful staff made buying the car so easy. Additional praise to Jason who included a new cam belt and water pump in the sale price. Really good after sales service as well. Would thoroughly recommend this team.

We have now had our car for 4 months and are still really pleased with it. There was a slight issue within the warranty and they sorted it no questions asked. Jason was really helpful and honest and gave us a fair price for our car in part exchange. Definitely would buy from here again!

My son needed a quick replacement car and Jason could not have been more helpful, sorting a quick service on a Saturday so we could complete purchase within a few hours. They have already carried out no-quibble warranty work when a filter needed changing. Great communication and customer service. Restored our faith in used car dealers after a previous bad experience. My experience with Jason and Romsey Car Centre has been a very positive and stress free one. I called to book an appointment to view the car I was interested in. On arrival the following day I met Jason who gave me a very warm welcome. I viewed the vehicle in my own time and felt really at ease. I was given the key to look inside the car and when I was ready asked Ito take it for a test drive. Throughout Jason were very friendly and made the whole experience worthwhile. Although I took some time to complete the sale, Jason were very considerate and made the buying of my vehicle a much easier process.

We recently bought a Nissan Qashqai from here. Jason was professional and courteous at all times. He was in no way pushy and gave us plenty of time to come to our decisions about how to progress. I can 100% recommend this company for anyone looking to buy a car. I haven't had to contact them about any issues with the car to date, but expect if I did they would be just as helpful.

I have travelled from London to buy a Honda Civic Estate in Romsey Car Centre and it was worth it. Great selection of cars. Cars are well looked after, serviced and ready for sale.
