Jason helped us in a very professional way. My wife had her previous car written off so when we were able to find a car that was almost identical the sale was easy. But Jason didn’t pressure for the sale but still found time to explain to my wife all the history of the replacement. We agreed a small discount and several items for his service department.

I normally change my car every couple of years or so, this years search for a car sent me on a mission within 50 miles from my home town, I test drove 6 different cars at various car sales venues, and the last leg of my search led me to Romsey car centre who had a particular car I was looking for, I walked in, mooched around for a few minutes, I then approached Peter and asked if it was possible to take the car for a test drive, he was extremely polite and friendly , handed over the keys and I was on my way, came back, asked him a few questions about the car which he answered in depth, there was no pushy sales tactics or pressure to sell me the car, I went away to think about it, came back 5 days later and spoke to the manager Jason, who was an absolute delight, took the car out again to make sure it was the one I wanted , I decided to take the plunge and but the car, every detail, even down to them taxing the car for me whilst I was on site, which I have never received from previous dealers, I can honestly say that it was the nicest car buying experience I’ve ever had, I felt reassured, no pressure, and thoroughly taken care of. I interacted with 4 members of the staff during the whole experience and each and every one of them were, polite, informative, caring and beautiful human beings. Thank you

The purchase was made much easier and convenient by offering a trade in and to help with road tax on the day. Will definitely be using again and would highly recommend.

I visited this garage today and after leaving the garage the older salesman was speeding around the corner to go into budds lane and got annoyed as he had to stop to let me through. After blasting his horn at me twice he turned his red mini with trade plates in it around and followed me to the petrol station where he followed me in and banged on the toilet door whilst I was in there clearly trying to intimidate me.

He then waited outside for me and approached my car and started shouting and being abusive both in hispeech and hand gestures. Calling me madam doesn't excuse the way you were towards me.

Clearly I won't be buying a car from this garage if one of their salesmen can be so threatening and abusive to a female member of the public just because they didn't give way to them........

He denied being a car salesman at the garage but unfortunately not only did he have trade plates in his car but he had also spoken to me at the car show room as he walked out of the office. I would suggest maybe a customer care course or anger management course would be suitable for this man.

Brought a lovely ford mondeo from then and what an experience. I dealt with a sales man Peter and there were no usual pushy sales tactics I was left to look over the car in my own time and left to it which is very rare nowadays. A few minor issues arrived on the mot and they insisted they were all rectified before I Collected the car which I was very happy about. After having the car a week a small fault appeared and the bent over backwards to sort it out and quick as possible for me. None of this you brought it not our issue like usual garages do. I recently purchased a car from a really nice sales man called Peter. There was no pushy sales tactics and I was left to make my own decision and look over the car in my own time which you don’t get very often. After having the car for few days a small issue arose and they really did bend over backwards to rectify the issue as soon as they could and there was none of the usual you brought it so not our problem at all. if anything they apologised and were Very dishearted that I had an issue and did everything they could to go out of there way to make it right as soon as they could. I cannot praise Jason and the team enough for the service I received when I bought my car today . I was extremely nervous about visiting a ‘used car dealership’ being a woman and knowing absolutely nothing about what to look for when buying a used car I was worried about being ‘ripped off’, I needn’t have worried, I was guided through each step from viewing, test driving and purchasing, I was dealt with honestly and patiently (I typically looked at several cars before making my decision!) and ended up with a cracking little car ( I have called it Dave)
I left happy with a new MOT and warranty, I was also told that if I wasn’t happy with it after a couple of days then just pop it back.
I did ask a friend to pop round and take a look on my behalf, just to be sure and The team were more than happy to let him give the car a good going over before I signed on the dotted line.

Very professional and friendly staff. Although they were very busy they were still able to be as attentive as I needed them to be. The cars for sale were clean and tidy and ready to be test driven. I bought a car which needed a new part so this was sorted out quickly. I collected the car a week later & everything was ready for me. I part exchanged my vehicle and all the paperwork was completed quickly so I drove away very happy with a supplied half tank of fuel. The warranty is for 6 months and you deal directly with the garage, which I much prefer.
