I bought my car in May last year. I decided to wait for a while before reviewing to see how I got on with my purchase. However my car has been a dream to drive and I've had no problems at all with it. It's just passed it's MOT with no issues. The team were really friendly and professional. The 6 month guarantee put my mind at rest. I would buy from them again. I would definitely recommend this company.

First class service from Romsey Car centre - I had a issue with the IDrive on the center consul ( wires where detached) they advised me to take car to Accutek in Winchester - did that on Thursday 20/02/20 fixed unit Brilliant!!- big thank you to them all - unit functioning great now

Good service, were helpful and honest when I was trading down to a cheaper car. Gave me a good offer despite my car having damage caused by a careless delivery driver (not on their property) whilst I was on a test drive. Would definitely buy from here again. Car has been reliable so far (4 months) with nothing been hidden by the dealer.

I like to say hello and give them the key for the car rather than making them wait at least this way it gives me time to finish with the customer I'm currently dealing with and they are not left waiting. As a recently widowed woman I was not looking forward to buying a car on my own with no back up,but Romsey Care Centre was definitely the best show centre that I visited in two weeks, not only did they give me advise on each car I was interested in, I took cars on test drives on the motorways and around Romsey. I found the staff very polite,answered my questions, and went the extra mile by located a manual for the particular car I brought (as car didn't have one). Ladies if you are on your own visit this company first it could save you a lot of wasted journeys to other companies.
